One pixel at a time

Hello world,
Here is my official—and fairly late—entry into the blogosphere. I have followed several blogs for many years and I really appreciate the information that has been shared on the web. Years ago a mentor told me that the best techniques should not be shared with others in the industry, but I would have to disagree somewhat. The sharing of information and the collaboration that exists between the best people in any industry is what makes the best creations.

I have been involved in desktop publishing and graphics for ten years and have witnessed the evolution from the static and tedious methods of updating content to the wildly dynamic and fluid methods we use today. Non-destructive editing in photography and video is now the norm and dynamic publishing methods are the ones who survive.

It's my hope to share some insight as to how I work and in return I hope viewers will comment and critique with me to come to a point where we can work smarter, not harder and produce higher quality and more creative content. Thanks for checking in and I hope to see you back here soon.
